If your school is interested in a future Amateur Radio contact with astronauts on the International Space Station, send us an educational proposal telling us about:

1) How you will :
            a) integrate this activity into the school curriculum and
            b) involve as many students as you can, participating through essay contests, poster drawing, letter writing, etc.

2) What are your capabilities for setting up all the necessary Amateur Radio equipment and antennas? Do you have the resources of an experienced group of Radio Amateurs to assist you?

3) How will you get as much media coverage as possible?

RAC will collect these proposals with the school application. All schools that turn in completed applications will be considered for a contact. Canada and the eight ISS partner countries will take turns selecting schools.

We need a completed application and your educational proposal in order to consider your school. All grade levels and types of schools are encouraged to apply. For an application, go to: http://www.rac.ca/ariss/oindex.htm
